 This has been such a wild year for everyone, and we've been pretty silent on the blog front for awhile, so we wanted to pop in and show you what we've been up to here in Colorado.

Mother's Day is quickly approaching, and with all of the uncertainty still in the air - the simple act of choosing a gift for Mom is a welcome respite. Familiar routines help ground and center us in the present moment. And focusing your energy on bringing joy to a loved one can be a great mindfulness practice
